Unsatisfied with both the product quality and quality control. Out of 25 awards received, 9 were broken upon arrival. The adhesive was poorly applied, and several pieces were attached crooked. While we can attempt to reglue some of the broken pieces, many of the crystals have cracks and chips that cannot be fixed. We contacted the supplier within an hour of receiving the items to report these issues, but after 2 days, we still haven't received any response. We are disappointed with both the craftsmanship of this product and the lack of customer service.
While we understand that manufacturing, quality control, and shipping issues can occur, it is the complete lack of response from the vendor that truly leaves us dissatisfied. A simple acknowledgment of our concerns or willingness to address the problems would have made a significant difference. This level of customer service falls well below acceptable standards for any business relationship.
